B&B Donji Grad, Zagreb

The room was OK. The problem is that after pre-paid the room through Capital One program, no communication was ever sent from the hotel for check-in instruction. After arriving at the hotel, no sign either outside the building or inside the building indicates the exact location/floor of the hotel, which caused a lot of trouble for us, meaning we have to knock on the doors of other residents of the building to figure out where the hotel rooms are. I do not recommend the hotel for the poor management on this aspect. In response to the manager's comments, I want to add that no messages were received prior to check-in. The workers there were wonderful to let us leave our bags at the hotel a couple of hours early, but there was no early check-in.

Really nice rooms, spacious, modern and clean. The bathrooms were spotless. Common area was very nice. The air conditioning is great. Unfortunately I was too busy during my stay to take advantage of the free breakfast but it looked great. Most of all though, the people working there are extremely nice. Highly recommend.

Amazing B&B. Super good location just 2mins walk from center. Easy self check in. Really good breakfast and super nice hospitality. Rooms super clean and comfy. They provide everything from clean towels everyday and also travel toothpaste and tooth brushes. They also have free coffee,fruit and snacks all day Highly recommend to everyone who’s visiting zagreb.

Central, great breakfast, luxury room. You make loke 5 minutes by foot till the city center. Great value for the money.

B&B Donji Grad is new (nov 2020) and is part of the several B&B suite. I had previously stayed in B&B Schlosser and it was great, Donji grad is great too! Spacious, modern, stylish, very clean, and central. Karla, the person that manages the different B&Bs, is very helpful and arranging. Breakfast is good, as in, you have everything you need. Thanks again for our stay, Karla.

Nice inner city location. A bit hard to find, but when you are there it is worth it. Parking around the corner (3-5 minutes). Nice staff, big rooms.
