In general everything about the hotel is good but there is one bad thing that I can never stay at this hotel in the summer there is no air conditioning in the rooms and it is like a sauna and you cannot open the windows because mosquitoes and insects get inside when I told the reception they said do not turn on the lights it is funny.In short I spent two days in prison as if I had been punished I could not sleep well. Why don't you put insect protection on the windows!!

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely place (4 nights). The staff I met from the reception to anyone I encountered were happy, courteous and very professional! I dined at the hotel twice, once for lunch and one time for dinner. Both experiences were fantastic. I understand most if not all the food is sourced locally. The room was great with a "normal" North American style bed (I think it was queen size). The was just a glass shower stall, but that was great. The water pressure was fantastic (shower). I would stay again.

What a great hotel this is! I stayed for two nights on a business trip and was not disappointed. It is an old Austrian country style hotel from the looks but the rooms are quite modern in design. The room I got was very comfortable and spacious, the toilet and shower area is very good and clean. The bed was comfortable and the television had a good selection of channels. The resturant and bar area is also very nice and selection of food is good and the food itself is also very good. I recommend getting the schnitzel from a calf with french fries. In front of the resturant area is an outside but still inside area that is very cosy to sit and get a drink at. Then there is ofcourse the spa area, it did not let me down. There is an indoor pool, a relaxation area with 4 or 5 different saunas. The sauna area is a nude area by selection (but I did wear shorts) and is equal for men and women. Overall then it´s a bargain at this time of year at least and I will definetly be staying again next time I´m there on business.

What surprised me the most here was the kindness of the staff. Open, ready to help. A truly wonderful experience. Tidy, as if you were at home. Food, squid, wiener schnitzel, gnocchi, wine... all according to the waiter's recommendation. Excellent

Stayed here several times over the last several years, just had the pleasure of staying here again. This is a fairly large hotel, with a Spa attached, although I did not use it, looked very nice. Room was small for an American, very clean, good wireless, electric and the bathroom was very nice. Food is excellent, beer selection is very good. We held meetings in the hotel, the conference rooms were very nice, food and drinks during breaks in the meeting were very good. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business, or personal, staff were also top notch.

We have been enjoying this hotel in februari last year. Our purpose was business, but we've really experienced the warmth and cosiness of this beautifull hotel. Breakfast was very good with fresh eggs and orangejuice and wellness was very tidy and comfortable. A lot of choices of sauna's for a hotel. We are definitely returning here.
