Nice hotel for only € 47 a night. Very friendly night guard and room was clean and decently. Shower also nice. Breakfast has everything you need. In the middle of the center!

The Staff is Great! Very professional and respectful. However the rest of the hotel is a different story, mouldy and dirty rooms, doors not working, worn out carpets etc...

This hotel was ideal for our needs. We arrived rather late but was met by Peter who was very friendly and assisted us with every possible thing we asked. There is also a secure underground parking which was handy for our motorcycle. The centre is close by with access to basic amenities. 5 stars for me.

We stayed here during the MotoGP weekend when hotel prices were generally high. This one was affordable, especially considering the timing of our visit. It was our first time in Le Mans, and once we got settled in, we realized the hotel is in a very convenient location—close to the old town, Le Mans Cathedral, and the main plaza downtown. A tram station is just a 3-minute walk away and provides easy access to both the Le Mans train station and the Bugatti Circuit. The room was compact but not too tight. We were fortunate to get one with a large bathroom, which made our 5-day stay comfortable. (Not sure how small the smaller bathrooms are.) The host spoke English, was friendly, and very helpful. We used their parking for one day; the price was reasonable, and the garage was right next door.

Budget hotel very near the centre of Le Man's. You can walk to the centre of Le Man's in a few minutes. The rooms are quite small but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but usable, the shower was not the best and there was some mould on sealant. The reception was friendly but the hotel car was full and we had to use a public car park nearby at extra charge. Room doors were banging from early in the morning so you may not get a lay in but it is a budget hotel.
